50 грама краве масло&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/blockquote&gt;&lt;span style="color: #eeeeee;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Приготвяне:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;blockquote class="tr_bq"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;span style="color: #eeeeee;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;Разбийте яйцата и захарта на  сняг.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;Прибавете мекото краве масло и отново разбийте  добре.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;Смесете брашното, какаото и бакпулвера и започнете да  прибавяте постепенно, докато се усвои напълно и се получи гладка  смес.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;Изсипете сместа в тавата и сложете в предварително  загрята фурна.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;span style="color: #eeeeee;"&gt;Няма  да се изморя да повтарям, че загряването на фурната предварително е изключително  важно.&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;Изпечете блата, но го  наблюдавайте, не трябва да се препича, напротив, трябва да остане мек и  крехък.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;Проверявайте с клечка и когато е суха, спрете фурната и  отворете вратичката й, за да спре печенето.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;После извадете блата и го оставете да изстине  напълно.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;Докато изстива нека да приготвим  крема.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;Разбийте сметаната добре.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;Разтопете шоколада и маслото на водна  баня.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;Оставете ги да се охладят и ги прибавете към  сметаната.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;Разбийте добре.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;Извадете блата от тавата и я почистете от хартията и  мазнината. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;После  разрежете напречно на две еднакви части блата.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;Поставете първия блат на дъното на тавата, намажете го с  кайсиево желе, ако ви допада този вариант. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;Така е в оригинал, но аз го пропуснах, защото не е мой  тип такъв тип съчетаване на аромати.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;После изсипете всичкото количество крем и покрийте с  другия блат.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;Постарайте се да го сложите така, че отгоре да остане  гладка част от блата, за да може сладкиша да изглежда добре  накрая.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;Разтопете шоколада и маслото за глазурата и намажете  сладкиша отгоре.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;Оставете на хладно да престои.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/blockquote&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: #eeeeee;"&gt; След това го слагам да се вари с около 400гр. вода.&lt;br /&gt;След като заври намалявам котлона и го оставям да къкри около 10-15 мин., като се разбърква от време на време.&lt;br /&gt;Свалям от котлона и добавям оцета, в който предварително е разтворена захарта. Пудинг Ванилия на доктора&lt;br /&gt;Маслото и захарта се разбиват с миксер, добавят се яйцата и накрая бакпулвера и брашното.След като тестото е готово и гладко се добавя шоколада на парченца. Исипваме тестото във формичките 2/3 от обема им.&lt;br /&gt;Крема се приготвя като се разбият хубаво яйцето, захарта, пудинга и сиренето. Постепенно наливаме млякото и накрая брашното, бакпулвера, какаото и ванилията.&lt;br /&gt;Напълваме тестото във формички за мъфини на 2/3 от обема им, в средата слагаме лъжичка крема сирене и бонбон. Изваждаме, охлаждаме и разрязваме блата на две части.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Разбъркваме кондензираното мляко със захарта, прибавяме маскарпонето и бъркаме с шпатула до хомогенизиране и оставяме в хладилника.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Разтопяваме шоколада със сметаната на водна баня. Свалям от огъня да изстине около 5-10 мин. прибавяме жълтъците един по един. Отделно разбиваме белтъците на сняг с шипка сол и захарта. Маскарпоне&lt;br /&gt;4 яйца (разделени на жълтъци и белтъци) &lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: red;"&gt;За повече крем до 8 яйца.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;100 г. пудра захар&lt;br /&gt;2 с. л. коняк (амарето, ром или марсала)&lt;br /&gt;250 мл. силно кафе еспресо&lt;br /&gt;1 опаковка бишкоти "Savoiardi"&lt;br /&gt;2 ч. . натурално какао&lt;br /&gt;Жълтъците се разбиват с пудра захар докато не увеличат обема си 3-4 пъти.&lt;br /&gt;Прибавя се Маскарпонето и се размесва внимателно с дървена лъжица.&lt;br /&gt;Белтъците се разбиват на твърд сняг.&lt;br /&gt;Добавят се при Маскарпонето внимателно и се разбъркват.&lt;br /&gt;В свареното кафе се прибавят 2 с. л. коняк (амарето или ром).&lt;br /&gt;Бишкотите се потапят една по една в кафеената смес и се нареждат една до друга.&lt;br /&gt;Отгоре се поставя един слой крем. Отгоре отново потопените бишкоти, крем. Най - горният слой трябва да бъде крем.&lt;br /&gt;Така наредените бишкоти се поставят в хладилника да престоят една нощ.&lt;br /&gt;Преди сервирането се поръсват с какао. &lt;br /&gt;Нареждат се бишкотите в чаша, настъргва се малко черен шоколад, отгоре крем и в хладилника за една нощ.&lt;br /&gt;Бележки: Ако тирамисуто може да се реже с нож, значи това не е тирамису. Тирамису се слага само с лъжица. Изваждат се от водата и се оставят да изстинат напълно преди да се отворят. Вътре в кутийката ще намерите готовия карамел-лакта пълнеж. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: red;"&gt;Тук промених рецептата отворих млякото и го варих на котлона до леко сгъстяване, като непрекъснато се бърка.&lt;/span&gt;3. Сметаната се разбива с нес-кафето и захарта до получаване на плътен гладък крем. Бананите се обелват и нарязват на резенчета. &lt;br /&gt;4. Върху бисквитената основа се разстила карамела. Отгоре се нарежат бананите и върху тях сметановия крем. Печем 10-15 мин. на 150 градуса/с вентилатор/. Охлаждаме.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;През това време разбиваме белтъците с щипка сол и оставяме настрани. Отдело смесваме жълтъците, захарта, сметаната,изварата и пудинга. Отделяме 1/3 от тази смес и прибавяме към нея разтопения на водна баня 1/2 шоколад като бъркаме с миксер. Прибавяме пропорционално белтъците към двете смеси и редуваме в центъра на тавичката бяла с шоколадова смес, както при кекс Зебра. Може да се поставят и шахматно или както ви душа иска. Печем на 150-160 градуса/ с вентилатор/.
